Payment is possible either by credit card via PayEx or by invoice for companies. Your personal information will be treated in accordance with Personal Data Act. The invoice is delivered in the parcel along with the items you have ordered. Payment is due 30 days after the goods are sent. Should no payment occur, a 50 SEK reminder fee and 15 % penalty interest will be added.
BIT of Sweden AB ensures, on a continual basis, protection of the information that
you provide. BIT of Sweden AB has no access to your credit card information. Only our secure and professional payment processing service, provided by Payius AB (Payius from here on), receives this information: when you are ready to pay for your purchases, you will provide your credit card information on secure pages hosted by Payius. As we do not have access to it, your credit card-related information is not stored on our servers and your credit card number is not printed on any invoice, list or other paper document – which means none of our employees have access to it. Once Payius receives all required information from you, the transaction is processed with the banks over private digital lines, not back out over the Internet. Our payment processing service provided by Payius is currently using the most advanced transmission technology commonly known as Secure Socket Layers (SSL) which permits a secure transmission of personal information. SSL technology encrypts your credit card number to protect it from being decoded by anyone other than Payius. Your credit card information is encrypted by SSL software as soon as you type it on your keyboard, making it impossible for anyone to see these data during their transfer via the Internet. However, no security mechanism is perfect and you must be aware that there is always a risk that personal information transmitted to BIT of Sweden AB may be disclosed without any fault on the part of BIT of Sweden AB and without your consent. BIT of Sweden AB declines all responsibility regarding forwarded confidential information, except in case of negligence on the part of BIT of Sweden AB
Freight is free within Sweden. Deliveries to the EU, Norway and Switzerland cost 250 SEK, and to other countries cost 375 SEK. All freight costs include VAT.
We use DHL as transporter within Sweden, and Schenker and UPS to other countries. The package are sent as private or business packages. Private customers can pick up their package at the nearest postal representative. Business customers get their package delivered to the door. Business packages within Sweden can no longer be sent to box addresses; business clients must therefore either submit a street address or pick up the package at the nearest postal representative.
Purchase on approval
You may return the goods within 14 days. The goods must be unused and returned in its original wrapping. You have to pay the return freight costs, and we will repay you to a giro account or card of your choice as soon as we have checked the goods (within 10 days). When switching to a different item, we will pay the return freight. If so, we will send you a return consignment note. Always contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org before returning an item.
Right of revocation
The right of revocation is only valid if the item is unaltered. According to the Consumer Protection Act, the consumer has the right to retire from a purchase, if the seller is notified within 14 days of receiving the goods. If you wish to exercise your right of revocation, please contact A BIT of Sweden, preferably by email at email@example.com, and state your order or invoice number. The customer pays the return freight. Leave or send a message to A BIT of Sweden within 14 days of receiving the item or a significant part of your order. A BIT of Sweden will not pay import tariffs or taxes paid outside the EU.
Normal delivery time is 3-7 workdays. Some items might be temporarily out of stock; if so, we will contact you via email or telephone. Some bags are not stock goods, and the delivery time is therefore somewhat longer for these items (approximately 10 workdays). If so, you will be notified when you place your order, or you can email or call our shop (se telephone number below). If you find the delivery time too long, you have the right to annul your order. When ordering outside of our ordinary opening hours, a delivery notification will be sent on the following workday.
Returns and complaints
We guarantee that the items you have ordered are flawless at the time of delivery. Should you find any defects, please contact us immediately via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. In these cases, we will pay the return freight and will send a consignment note; attach it to the parcel and deliver it to the nearest postal representative.
Our bags are covered by a two-year guarantee. The guarantee covers original defects, meaning defects that are discovered on delivery. Save the receipt for your bag, since it is valid as a guarantee certificate. If you did not receive a receipt when placing your order, save the order confirmation that you received via email after placing the order. The order confirmation is valid as guarantee certificate. The guarantee does not cover damages caused by external violence, for instance air freight transport damage. Please leave the item at your local store; otherwise, we will send you a prepaid dispatch form so you can send the product to us free of charge. In other cases, we follow the Consumer Protection Act and the Swedish Consumer Agency's proposed regulations.
Unclaimed package? Packages that are returned to A BIT of Sweden without being claimed will be charged a fee of 250 SEK+VAT to cover A BIT of Sweden's transport and administrative costs.
We cooperate with the Police, and any false orders or attempted frauds will be reported. A BIT of Sweden will submit all information to the Police to help their investigation.
By using our website, you (the visitor) agree to allow third parties to process your IP address, in order to determine your location for the purpose of currency conversion. You also agree to have that currency stored in a session cookie in your browser (a temporary cookie which gets automatically removed when you close your browser).
